  Food was not warm. As if it had been under a heat lamp for 15 minutes. But to be honest, the truffle pasta had no creaminess in the sauce. The taste truffle not to be seen. Just looked like a failed carbonara. The gnochhi was too bland, very little flavor to it. Nice attempt but still a lot of work to do.
