  Does not respond to email. Does not pick up the phone. The one time I got him on the line, he invents an excuse that the email address on the website does not work. If I send my data to another email address, he will not respond. These complaints apparently have more people. Leave yourself completely in the cold and the dark as far as your declaration is concerned. Very unprofessional.
