  If you like group classes, this is the gym for you. Plenty of classes, nice instructors, and pretty good vibe at the classes. However, if weight is your thing, you might be disappointed with what's available. So far not too bad, but what really gets to me are the changing rooms; they are so small, crowded, they stink and they even give you a squeegee wiper to wipe the floor of the showers. When changing, the amount of times I had to actively move not to get some balls or ass rubbing on me is insane - all this because of the small space available not because of the people. And the showers you are elbow with elbow, always pressing the button for water, and when it comes, it trickles... In short, the gym itself is not too bad and worth the money, but when adding the changing and shower rooms into the equation, then absolutely not.

  Very good gym. Lots of classes friendly staff and they a real good sauna. WHAT?.? Yes a real sauna so no infra red of stuff. Real deal so after your training you get this warm treat and you can relax and make your muscles warm and soft again. Looks clean to me and during day time nice crowd not too busy. Breedstraat is the more female style gym. Lots of classes are attendet by women only, thu man are allowed. At Workout "Oudegracht" there are more man.

  Nice but too crowded. Yoga or Pilates classes are usually overbooked to the point of not having enough space to stretch

  Prima! Alleen het stallen van je fiets is vaak een probleem, maar het is een stuk ruimer opgezet dan de Oudegracht locatie. Daar mag je met je lidmaatschap ook heen, en ben je iets beter af met apparaten en krachttraining. Hier iets meer cardio en veel meer groepslessen. Overall prima gym!

  Alles functioneert, als iets kapot is, word het in no-time gemaakt , lekker sfeertje en alles altijd schoon
