  Unreliable people. Oral and written agreements are not honored, while the broker's motto according to the website is "a man a man a word is a word". What a bunch of bunglers. Especially as a buyer I can recommend not to do business with these people Unreliable people - verbal and written agreements are being ignored - to be avoided at all cost

  Bad service, rude on the phone. In particular had a bad experience with Philippe, they do not listen to questions and wishes and a monologue is given by the best man. There are so many real estate agents in Amsterdam who can help you a lot better. Choose this instead of this tent.

  Don't take the time for you and amateurish. Know little or nothing about leasehold perpetual redemption object. Want to get out quickly at the notary and not even have the keys to the sold object with him. The selling party is not present either, because organizing is clearly not their greatest strength.   What arrogance .... What poor communication .... What a lack of knowledge and skills. We wanted to rent an apartment. Made a proposal of 100 euros per month less than the asking price ... Well that was what, the gentlemen thought that was disgraceful. Ultimately the asking price provided. But then this service provider no longer wanted. Do not call back. and eventually comes with an email that the owner no longer wants. Yes Yes. Bizarre. It remains to be seen whether the owner is aware of this. The broker is employed. Called his employer (partnership). He would sort it out and give feedback. Guess three times .... don't call back ... pfffff what a mess of wet winds.

  Real estate agent did not show up to an arranged viewing without cancelling it, resulting in a waste of my time and me disturbing the unsuspecting tenants still living in the apartment. Her excuse was that she tried to call me to cancel the appointment- however, she did not have my number as we had arranged the meeting by email. Reckless behavior, given that most people need to request leave from their office to go to such viewings.
