  Very unpolite staff...no matter what you talk to them (good morning, thanks, have a nice day....), they will look at some where else, and no reaction. They only shout out how much it was...

  Selling sandwich with half of the ingredients mentioned on the sign without lowering the price. 4,35€ for a chicken avocado sandwich without avocado.

  Saw one of the ladies preparing sandwiches for later that day. I was in the middle of choosing my sandwich, when I noticed one of the ladies coughing all over her hand (she sounded sick) She then went straight back to preparing the food. Without washing her hands after or putting on gloves. Grossssssssssss. €3,95 for a common flu 👌

  De Broodzaak at Centraal Station is chaotic in the mornings each and every weekday. Today there were no tongs on display, so customers, many of them coughing and sneezing, were picking up hot pastries with their fingers. With only two people staffing the tills and making coffees, the queue of 20 stretched out of the door. Better staffing levels and some attempt at management might improve this.
