::Never again! I booked a caribbean cruise with MSC throughout their website. One month before my cruise I noticed MSC assigned me a new cabin. Although I specifically have chosen a cabin during my booking process. I contacted cruisewinkel I am not happy about the new assigned cabin. The hole process contacting cruisewinkel and MSC was totally slow. MSC offered me to switch to an other cabin. I waited weeks to get a confirmation. But nothing happened. Then I contacted cruisewinkel again. And now i got informed the cabin change isn‘t possible anymore! Cruisewinkel you fail!!
