  Wheel of my bike fell off the first week i used my bike. Light was faulty. Gears rusty.

  Great service! A little language problem but several employees were helpful with repair it took 2 attempts but no extra charge for the 2nd which included a part (never inexpensive). Go see them they have a wide selection.

  I rented five bikes in this shop and was very dissapointed by the service offered. The staff was not friendly and it took us 45 minutes to rent 5 bikes. The quality of the bikes was not very good, they were poor second hand bikes. The worst part was that we rented the bikes from Monday around 3pm, until Thursday 3:30pm and we were billed for 4 days, instead of what should have been 3. Overall, I would not recommend. I think you might get a better offer at the central station for example, where you can rent bikes easily.

  I buy 2 bicycles here, and was wery happy, the price for bike was wery good, both bikes was cheked before i buy it, and still ewerything fine, after couple weeks i coe back for free bike cheking, they make a small adjustments for bikes, and it's still ride good! They have a lot of bicycles in the shop. if you need a bicycle, just go and loock what they have!

  Best shop in Leiden and neighborhood. After I came to Leiden for study I have been looking the last few weeks for a bike. Well Cheers, I found exactly the shop I need to get my new bike.
