::We went for Christmas dinner and had a terrible experience. Service was slow, inaccurate and non-attentive. Most courses were of good quality, however the soup course ordered was bland and the dumplings were so overcooked they fell apart. We had a guest with us for this special day and we were so embarrassed that we took her there and ended up with such a bad experience. I provided feedback via email but no one ever got back to me. I used to go there quite often. Now I will take my business elsewhere!!!

::The lounge is a very nice place for a break from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. Nice drinks and food selection, good service and a very nice and quiet atmosphere.
