  HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER AND DELIVERY SERVICE FOR THE PRICE. I order a shelving system in the store in Amsterdam. 2 days before the scheduled delivery date, I got a frantic call from their customer service saying EUR 300 something was missing from the payment. After back and forth and giving them the invoice (with saleman's name on it) and screenshot of the bank statement showing the amount deducted for the purchase, the answer from customer service was "there was issue in our system". And the poor service doesn't end here. I had confirmation about delivery in the afternoon between 2PM and 6PM. Despite this, before 8AM, I got a call from delivery company saying they were at my door. Not sure why this happened. I have to call and call and call the delivery company (although customer service say delivery company would call me) and now was told it was at the end of the day. If it wasn't for 2.5 months waiting, it is not worth all of the hassles and the lousy service they offer (and for the price tag, seriously?).
