  I stayed in room 412, a deluxe room on the top floor. The room is located in the rear of the building. As a result, the view is not great and mainly overlooks the tops of adjacent buildings. However, the room is quieter than those that are in the front of the building facing the canal and street. Breakfast is included and pretty good. All drinks are included (alcohol, water, soda, coffee, etc.). I found the room to be the perfect size for 1 person, but might be tight for 2.

  Banks Mansion is a great hotel located just steps from the Tram line in the historic area of Amsterdam. The hotel rooms have spacious showers and beds to wrap you in sleep after sightseeing all day. The free afternoon wine and cheese in the lobby give you a chance to share your day with others from around the world on holiday in Amsterdam too. The elaborate breakfasts fill you for a good start each day. A variety of restaurants are a short walk away and the staff are helpful with recommendations.

  Fabulous hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. Spotless clean room overlooking the canal with a good size bathroom & shower. Great breakfast, customer service & thought the self service free bar was a great touch. Would recommend & stay again!

  Excellent service. Plus, free happy hour and drinks.I always try and stay here when in Amsterdam. If you can, book the suite with the tub!

  My wife and I stayed here 3 nights and couldn't have been happier. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not tiny, like others in Europe. Their image they're trying to create is that of being homey, which I feel they've accomplished. The amenities were amazing, from the delicious breakfast, to the cheese bar happy hour, to the included mini bar in the room. On top of that, the location is great too. If back in Amsterdam, we will stay here again .
