  My veins are hard to find on my arm. Often, at other agencies, it took a lot of effort to draw blood. If not this time. In the Fannius Scholtenstraat location it was a hit! "Difficult? What are you talking about, sir?" Great work.

  Corona rules not followed, there was a big crowd in the waiting room, and no one took any action. Staff is very unhelpful (they sent me home to collect a hard copy of my intake printout, I had it only in digital version on my phone; nurse told me this literally while standing next to a printer which she refused to use) and indiscreet (talking about my sensitive testing details in front of entire waiting room). Blood drawing unprofessional: nurse failed one attempt, and second attempt has left a huge blue/purple bump in my forearm.

  After the second uncomfortable experience, I decided to write a review. Not something I do quickly, but with the current pandemic situation and considering their field of work, it seems important to share. Unlike with various other locations I've had blood drawn at, this is the only one where both times I ended up with a red/blue sensitive bump where the needle was inserted, turning purple within a few hours. Aside from that, it doesn't seem like they maintain (current) hygienic standard. I didn't feel prompted to wash hands and disinfect properly. In the treatment room, packaging of materials used for previous patients was lying around on the floor, on the table and in a bucket labeled 'urine'. The lady (who was very friendly btw) who drew my blood did not wash/disinfect her hands visibly once, nor wore gloves. The door was kept open the whole time while she was having a chat with a colleague. I don't mean to nitpick on details just for the sake of it. But being pregnant and having to get blood drawn at least twice while a pandemic is going on, it doesn't feel particularly safe in a setting as described.

  Worst attention I have ever seen. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I better do not tell my experience because they even showed a lack of basic humanity in how they treated me last week but I will recommend anyone to avoid going there. There is another Atal Lab in Spaarndammerstraat, just crossing the park, and people working there are way better.
