  Wat een KLOTE bedrijf. Hele dag zitten wachten en dan meedelen dat het morgen wordt weer tussen 1300 en 1700 uur.

  WORST SERVICE I EVER EXPERIENCED!! Don't use them! 1 star even feels generous for this company! I used them to "fix" a leakage in my CV system. The plumber walked in, took a look at for 10 min, said he can't fix it and charged 100 euros for it without given any explanation what needs to be done! Wouldn't even bother telling me when I asked about it just told me that I should talk to the company which installed it 10 years earlier....

  Als je een loodgieter zoekt die telefonisch een prijsopgave van €120-150 geeft en vervolgens zonder meeropdracht €100 meer factureert ben je aan het juiste adres. De wrkzaamheden waren overigens goed uitgevoerd.

  Horrible customer service but great workers I had to call dozens of times just to make an appointment. And when I finally succeeded in getting an appointment, they didn’t show up. When I called to ask where they were, the man who answered the phone just told me that they were coming. In the end, they showed up over 3 hours late. In other words, instead of coming first thing in the morning, they came in the early afternoon. This ruins the day. Why couldn’t they just call to let us know that they were going to be 3 hours late? These guys just don’t care about their customers at all. That being said, the fellow who they sent was super competent and did the job very quickly and efficiently. He did it faster than the price estimate so I’m the end the cost was cheaper than expected. Summary: Terrible customer service but great workers (if I was assessing only the workers I’d give five stars!).
