  I had Aon Student Insurance and it was a terrible experience. At some point I felt ill and had to undergo a diagnosis and treatment. At that moment it was unclear if my insurance was going to cover the procedures. I tried contacting the insurance both by e-mail and telephone and they were always extremely rude and impatient, almost as if they were mad at me because I got sick. It was a very stressful period since I got no answer whether my treatment was covered or not until the end of it. Once I received the invoice, they paid 100%.... I don't understand what all that drama was all about.

  Onlangs ben ik aangereden door een van Aon's clienten. Heb inmiddels tig mailtjes naar ze gestuurd maar een reactie, ho maar. En wat krijg je van ze te horen als je vraagt wanneer het in orde wordt gemaakt? "Geen idee. We hebben ook nog andere dingen te doen". Meest waardeloze bedrijf dus wat ik in lange tijd ben tegengekomen.
