  It's an ATM; don't have high expectations. Pro is that due to it's next to the Dam, there will always be people around you (so don't be worried that you will be mugged). However, pay attention to your belongings, and the queues can get rather long.

  Best service I got ever from a bank. I was visiting Amsterdam and I had accidentally locked my credit card so I went to the near ABN And I was mentaly preperd for a headache of bureaucracy and long wait time but in less than 3 minutes (!) I was standing outside with my credit card unlocked. Such a helpful and tolerant service they make my day!

  Easy to withdraw or add more money to your account (for euros). Good service when asking questions.
