  Zohair gives his training with great care, attention and humor. It creates connection, which creates fine dynamics. The exercises and lessons are easy to integrate at home. The Mindfulness deepening and mindful communication training has once again been very valuable to me. I can get back to work with a lot of new insights and knowledge.

  Followed a super cool mindfulness training course. Zohair was very nice and professional and I was able to gain a lot of insights. The Silent Day in particular made a big impression on me!

  I followed the 8 week mindfulness training at Zohair. Zohair has given me many practical tools, with which I can find more peace in daily life. During the training, Zohair also manages to create a relaxed, open and safe atmosphere. This allows you to quickly enter the floor! Highly recommended :-)
