  My favorite store in Amstelveen centrum or for that matter in Netherlands, good and unique quality of apparels, shoes, Jackets and what not. Prices are high, but brand deserves that. Zara has the unique taste for cloth and fashion, which suits all class of people. Must visit and buy something for lifetime. Thank you.

  Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I bought a jacket prior to going on vacation and once there, realized that there was a defect. I brought it in to simply exchange for one without a defect. She told me that I could not exchange it because it had been worn. I tried explaining that the wrinkles were due to being in my suitcase. She denied the exchange. When I asked to speak to a manager, she refused and told me that she was able to judge it for herself. Extremely disappointed in the staff and how rudely I was spoken to.

  Waar ben ik nou in terechtgekomen ? .......??????? ZARA AMSTELVEEN. Wat een bende is het hier. Zeer goedkope uitstraling met al die slordige kleren op TE VEEL rekken. Mensen, ga naar HAARLEM Grote houtstraat, ziet er stukken beter uit. ZARA AMSTELVEEN krijgt van mij een 1.

  Ik heb ze 8 keer gebeld uiteindelijk opgenomen en personeel heeft in de wacht na 4 min heeft opgehangen wat een dom gast

  The worst possible service ever. People fold like they are stuck in the mud and there's not one manager around, staff just acting like children arguing with each other pretending like they don't hear each other when yelled at. I honestly don't know who the recruiter is but they should also find a another job.
