  For buying an apartment in Amsterdam, we collaborated with the Vlieg Makelaars, and in particular with Elly de Meijer as our real estate agent, and we are quite happy with our experience. Elly is a professional, knowledgeable and honest agent who puts the customer's interests and benefits on top priority. She has great eyes on important details that without her, I would have surely missed in many cases. Besides, I think her extensive connections and great communications with other colleagues in the real-estate business, was particularly helpful in our success in finding a good occasion. Working with her was absolutely a pleasure! Stephan Schipper, another agent of the company was also very helpful who came with us for two visits and we enjoyed hearing his remarks and honest feedback regarding those properties. Last but not least, I have to say that we were extremely satisfied with the professional and timely service we received from the office manager Floor Korten and Vivian Strijder. I could hardly imagine a more efficient and effective communication for arranging visits and initiating further discussions.

  It's been a pleasure to work with VLIEG. They are very professional, clear, and direct, which helps to have a good communication and be aligned in what I was looking for. They advised me from the beginning and were very responsive every time. Elly and Hans, the real state and financial agents, explained me the pros and cons of each opportunity and every detail of the contracts; both are very responsive as well. I rely on them since I don't know dutch. The back office helped me booking the visits very quickly and even sent me some advises of apartments.

  I worked with the VLEIG Amsterdam team, in particular, Elly de Meijer for purchasing an apartment. I had an amazing experience working with her. She is extremely honest, professional, and super pleasant to work with. She has great attention to details (she spots the tiniest details and gives advice about that). Something that I liked was that she does not want to simply find something sub-optimal for you, but she works with you to find the best option. She is also an expert in handling efpacht related issues which helped me a lot. I also had very good experiences with Stephan and Hans. With the whole team I felt very comfortable that the entire process will go very smoothly. I highly recommend them.
