  If you are looking for an accommodation in Amsterdam, Absolute Housing is one of the outmost Real Estate Agency in Holland. As a future tenant, you will not have to pay any commission or hidden commission as most of the Real Estate on the market. Within 3 weeks, I was able to view and move to the new appartment. Wytse and Lydia have shown real professionalism and support, even after signing the contract which is super valuable. In the future, there is no doubt that I will use their services again.   I had a positive experience over all. I would suggest you to be more understanding with new tenant as Dutch contract are very different compared other country. It needs to be properly explained and sometimes find compromises as tenant most of the time are foreigner. Thank you.
