  Great hotel! Food and staff are amazing. Great location..easy walk to all the museums, districts and tourist areas. Will be back!

  A sophisticated, beautiful place to have a drink or a sit down meal. Their fresh ginger tea is perfect for a cold day in Amsterdam, (any season!)

  Wonderful hotel in a perfect setting at the heart of Amsterdam’s canals. The staff are friendly and the decor minimalist but warm. Enjoy a drink by the fire in the lounge to the side of bar and bonus points if you score room 24!

  I had a business lunch there and opted for the club chicken. It was really good and I liked the staff. A nice fancy place perfect for a business lunch or dinner. Nice and quiet atmosphere that enables talking. I loved it.

  The hotel itself is nice and charming. Very strong odor / scent in rooms. Price is way to high for what you get in comparison to other luxury European hotels. Breakfast was a disappointment and anything extra you may want will be charged on you even though breakfast was supposed to be included. While the staff are always friendly they aren't very helpful (except the concierge which were great). Didn't feel like a five star hotel for sure.
