  I been here today with my friend, because last time we bought some stuff, and we paid with the Phone eCard. My friend didn’t look at the I machine to pay, because we thought all was ok, and when we reached home, we realised that he added 20€ to the price. Next day we came back to ask for an explanation, and he just started shouting and trying to push us out the shop with 0% respect. He didn’t even want to check the system to see how much was it, he just refused us because we didn’t give a ticket (the seller didn’t give in the sell) Just unrespectful, and not profesional By the way their products are easily found able in every shop and for a lower price

  Rude and scary - never in my life have I been treated this way! My friend and I visited the shop in the evening on november the 17th. As a result of a miscommunication, (we are not native dutch-speakers), my friend tried on a dress, not in the changing room but in the restroom right next to it. An honest mistake. This would not have become any problem at all, the man working there that evening could have easily corrected us, instead he suddenly started aggressively knocking after a few minutes, shouting and turning the doorknob. What would you do as a young woman, standing there naked, just trying something while an old man is banging against the door? We were alone with him in the store and scared. When we hurried outside and wanted to pay, he demeaningly called us "girls", shouted at us, called us "not normal" (what a judgemental category in a sexshop!) and even though we stayed calm and friendly, tried to apologize for a mistake and deescalate the situation he told us loudly "everything was our fault" (?) because we had not talked to him or asked him (my friend had asked about the changing room - she had just gotten it wrong). The worst experience in my whole life. Never again will I set foot in there!

  The most amazing customer service ever! I was looking for something they didn't have. The owner found the item in Google and called another shop to check if they have it. He gave me directions and wished good vibrations! The shop has an excellent selection of products and the owner is incredibly helpful. Highly recommended, you will feel at home here
