  We booked a cruise on one of the smaller boats. The boat we were supposed to go on broke down and I didn’t check my email in time to see their request that we come on an earlier ride. However, they gave us our cruise on another boat, one that was nicer than the normal ones (and the normal ones look very nice). And our tour guide was able to give us a wonderful tour of the back canals and take us through the Jordaan neighborhood, while giving us the interesting history of Amsterdam. I would highly recommend choosing the smaller boat option when selecting tours, as both the guides and the boat make for an excellent experience.

  We just finished a very delightful evening cruise with a very friendly crew. The captain was very informative and had no problems answering some extra questions I had. Our wine glasses were always full and dinner was delicious. Thanks for an enjoyable evening.

  Canal trip was not so bad nor soo much thrilling. We had taken full day pass.one time it was worth especially or only if you want to have a relaxed drive. Lovers canal cruise had more rush than stromma canal cruise.Not sure why it was so. You have only one canal route. Also you have walking guide tour route. The audio guide was through a speaker which was there for each bench.where each bench we can sit max upto six people face to face,which well be slightly congested.Audio guide(recorded one) was also there in english and i guess it was also in German. Over head roof are sliding ones. Which are opened up during sunny weathers. Also the cruise boat had toilet inside it.

  I booked a ticket for Gray Line via Iamsterdam. I collected it in the boot of Stromma. The service was good, and the tour was nice. My family and I did not want to board on the departing boat because we wanted to be seated together and the free spaces left were dispersed. The captain was upset with this request and cursed at us in our face. Shameful attitude from a person who is responsible for dozens of passengers and represents a company!! We just waited for the next boat, and everything was in order there. We sat together, and the captain was kind this time.

  A nearly empty boat passed us and refused to pick us up, ended up waiting 45 minutes in the cold for the next boat. No apologies. Then the captain decided to take a 30 minute break in the middle of the tour, without arranging another boat to pick us up. Icing on the cake: turned the heating off to the boat when he left. I take around guests nearly every other weekend. I'll never use this company again.
