  A very personal and well equipped Pilates studio with amazing teachers. All the classes are great and if you want to improve your strength, form, and posture, you have to come here. The instructors give you a lot of attention and push you to keep improving. I have been practicing pilates for over 4 years and out of all the studios I have been to, Smartbody has been my favourite!!!

  In a nutshell - great place ! professional teachers and great vibe. The long version - I'm practicing pilates for years, also did teachers course in the past which I think made me more critical when I'm choosing teachers / studio's. If you are looking for classic, challenging pilates - this is the place! I been through in almost all the teachers there - all professional and adding their colour to class. And the attitude and the atmosphere is great!

  I have been taking private Pilates lessons in August 2017. I was looking for reducing my back pain and a better posture. After couple of sessions I already notice big difference! My teacher is very dedicated and professional. Private lessons are beneficial for focusing on your weak sides. Smartbody is also perfect on location wise and provides a relaxing environment. Overall I totally recommend Smartbody.

  Best Pilates studio in Amsterdam. I've been attending their classes for more than 10 years. What started out as exercising to get rid of a stiff neck and tight shoulders turned out to be the best way to get out of my head and into my body after a busy day at work. Smartbody offers a nice variety of classes (group and privates) all days of the week. So you can easily fit their classes into your schedule. All teachers deliver high quality classes, with a slightly different personal touch. Personally I am a huge fan of the springboard classes and the (early) morning classes are a great way to kickstart your day.
