::I received great service here. They were unable to change my lock because my door is very old. In the end they offered to find someone who could copy the very old key that came with the door, which i hadn't been able to get copied at any of the regular stores i tried.

I used their web form yesterday and was contacted by email and arranged an appointment for today, the whole process was extremely painless.
