  My package has also been lost here. Also very unfriendly staff. PostNL must stop using this store as a partner.

  I strongly advise against everyone to make purchases and / or have packages delivered here. Not even 1 star worthy! The gentleman sold me a pack of cigarettes for 18 euros. He held out his hand because I was given a lighter. Surprisingly. In all speed he returned 1 euro. The supposedly free lighter was 1 diversion. To top it all off, Mister did the exact same thing to the customer after me! Also gave a lighter and too little change for her pack of cigarettes In addition, my package via Zalando has been registered at Postnl as accepted. They claim this is not the case.

  Chaotic parcel point. Safi has not arranged anything and often claims that the package you are coming to collect is not in its possession. You can search for it yourself. Very unfriendly man. I would not recommend anyone to use this and hope that the shop is taken over...

  Place is a mess. Literally. A man working there has no responsibility for post.nl packages. He lost my package. Post.nl says its by Safi tabak shop and he denied, even its written. He got very rude when I insisted to search for my package. Totally luck of culture. Very rude man and place is a mess, I look over the counter it looks like pig house 🤮
