  At a very sad moment, Rowdy relieved me of many worries about saying goodbye to a family member. I found his special talent to be very professional and yet warm and involved unprecedented. He thought several steps ahead, which made the whole goodbye process go smoothly. And Rowdy stayed in close touch with me from the first moment to the last thing to do. He is communicative.   Rowdy supervised my wife's funeral in a fantastic way. He also gave advice in the preparation and contributed ideas to ensure that everything runs according to our wishes.
