  Excellent service, delicious food which looks just as good as it tastes. Fred is recently renovated to have a more modern look, and that's a very good thing, the place looks fantastic. The entire experience is spot on. You will not regret dining here

  I was expecting a delightful experience at Fred, but I was amazed and wowed by the food, creativity, service and ambience. Restaurant Fred aims to please all the 5 senses and so much more. The chef is an artist and everyone needs to enjoy his pieces of art.

  This place gave me, by far, the best service I got in a restaurant. Of course the food was excellent and they were open to make me a food experience without any meat (my request). The wine was excellent but also all the explanations behind the choices. They were not shy to refill my glass everytime it was empty. I really recommend it, and I will try to come back when I have the opportunity to visit again Rotterdam.
