::I spent a night on the street in Groningen because one of your ATMs took my card for no actual reason. I learnt that it was out of order and took my bank card for security purposes. But how is anyone supposed to log into a stolen bank cards account without being able to enter the PIN? Producing broke people wandering through the streets of Groningen is pretty much the opposite of security.
