::I rented an apartment from this company. They seized my deposit more than the legal deadline. Even though I handed over the apartment with the same condition how I got it. They charged me with the smallest things they found. One was a stain on the mattress which they wanted to replace with a new one. I didn't do that stain during my tenancy, just I didn't check it before entering the apartment so I couldn't prove otherwise. Finally, they deducted 500 euros from my deposit. What they did was unethical and it's basically robbery. Do not rent an apartment from here if possible. Or take pictures of everything in the apartment so that they can not find excuses to take your money.
