  Same experience unfortunately. The door will not open and via the intercom they do not help and they refer to Parkbee. That does not help because it is the car's turn for us first. Eventually after half an hour someone got the door open but continuous problems here and extra costs for waiting or having to check in again to get the door open.

  Could not get in and when I wanted to drive away again no more Hours locked up. Nobody helped. Was sent from cupboard to wall An occupant was able to save me after an hour. Parking garage has been broken for quite some time and park bee can NOT drive anymore. Is as out of use in their system but they still rent it! Beware!
