  Watch out, they operate in bad faith! Out of 3400 deposit told us we would only get 1700 back because damage to a wooden floor and the cost of making it new again. After living there for over a year you can't expect everything to be brand new. They then only sent us 1300 with no prior notice saying that they forgot to mention the extra tax. Other people I know also have had issues with this real estate agent. They take advantage of students! Do not rent through here

  Very Good Service, they go the extra mile to offer an amazing service. They are not pushy, don't force the client and give great advises.
