  The hotel was absolutely amazing!! I read the comment before hand and was a little skeptical about the hotel but, once I spent three nights there, I can honestly say that there was not a single thing I would change in the hotel. Super amazing staff, the room we got was bigger than the one we booked and the view, to the back of the building was very pretty and quiet. Very comfortable and clean room. The hotel is in a perfect location: 15 minute walk of the museums and the Dam, good enough to walk everywhere but also great to escape a bit of the confusion and commotion. The canals south are an amazing place to take a walk and enjoy the views of Amsterdam. This hotel was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Amsterdam.

  Very nice place, very nice people, everything was clean and well. Good breakfast. I already sent some of my friends there and I'll be back myself.

  מלון נהדר, המיקום מעולה - נמצא במרכז ומול המלון תחנה של טראם ממנה ניתן להגיע לכל מקום. סביב המלון המון מסעדות ובתי קפה (גם קופישופ לחובבי הז'אנר...) המלון עצמו נהדר , הצוות אדיב , החדר שהיה לנו היה מרווח ונקי (רק הרצפה שחורקת הפריעה קצת) ולמי שמעשן אפשר לבקש חדר בקומה הראשונה (יש מספר חדרים עם מרפסת ממש מעל הכיכר המרכזית). ארוחת הבוקר טובה ואתה מתחיל את היום שבע ומוכן לטיולים. ממליץ בחום !

  This hotel is located right at the Rembrandtplein in one of the night life area of Amsterdam. At our arrival we have been welcomed friendly and the first thing you get to recognize is that old style of this hotel. It has an atmosphere of the 19th century and all the way to the room seems to be a labyrinth. After a short walk from the elevator with stairs up an down we found our room. Unfortunately it was not cleaned properly. There was dirt on the carpet and the bath room was not that clean. We decided to call the reception and to make an amendment about the state of the room - after all we became another room. In every room they offer earplugs because of the nearby tramway and nightlife on the square. So if you are sensitive to noise you have to use them... Sadly the room state was not the last thing to criticize. The room service was not at its best. The toilet was left uncleaned and they forget sometimes to shut the doors then they left the room. That is a no-go! If you book this hotel keep in mind that there is talk show almost every day in the hotel bar. Every evening there crowd of guests of that show in the lobby and security personnel is on the entrance from 7 pm.

  Zeer mooie locatie in een historisch pand. Ontbijt is prima, alleen de kamers zijn wel aan renovatie toe. Het is het allemaal net niet.. wat vlekken op de vloerbedekking, wat schimmelplekjes op de voegen in de badkamer, de badkamerdeur die ook wat vochtplekken vertoonde. Maar goed, de locatie maakte een hoop goed.
