  Such a nice and comfy place to stay. The service is brilliant.. we had no problems with the check in or out. With the room was everything fine. The beds are really comfy. And they smell fresh and clean. The canal view is nice aswell. So we are impressed of the new hotel and we're definitely book it again!

  Nieuw hotel in amsterdam-oost, in december 2017 geopend. Prima ligging. Goede ervaringen. Zeer gastvrij personeel.

  Very nice and clean. Comfortable bed warm coverings. Quiet nights sleep. Polite and friendly staff. Bteakfast was pricey but equally nice.

  Ottimo hotel di recente costruzione con camere abbastanza grandi, comode(quei letti sono fantastici) e pulite. La posizione è centrale(10 minuti da piazza Dam) ed il personale è cortese e preparato, disponibile 24h. Consigliatissimo.

  We stayed 2 nights, and the staff were very nice. They spoke fluent English and always had enough people at the front desk to help with something or say hello as we walked past. The rooms were recently built and were lovely to stay in, especially the comfy bed! It felt like a cloud. The shower drain however, was blocked - and after 2.5 minutes(my partner has a video to support this) the water was spilling out onto the floor - with no floor drain to take it away. Had to use most of the towels to dry it up and use the bathroom. My partner went down to the desk and the concierge was extremely apologetic and helpful, and would organise our new room straight away - mentioning the recent and ongoing construction might have caused it. She was very nice about it - the staff are amazing. Our new rooms shower drain was also blocked, but we could have 6 minute showers instead. For 2 nights stay - when most of your time is spent outside in the beautiful city...the shower issue was only slightly frustrating. Overall, the hotel is extremely clean, well lit, quiet, comfy - and we are going to book it again on our way back home. Great staff!!
