::Amazing, amazing, amazing! This is one of the most beautiful, special bookstores I have ever been to. Very difficult to choose and very difficult to not buy everything! The shop owners are friendly, ready to help and answered all of my silly questions about book stands. Also— they offer coffee and wine, so sit and stay awhile! Will be back on every trip to support this incredible local business.

::I've bought 3 books from their online shop and since by the end of February I was going back home in Italy I asked, before buying them, if I would be able to get them by the end of the month. The employee told me that was the case because the books were in store so I would be able to get them before my departure. I did not receive the books of course, not their fault, but the thing that makes me angry is the way they treat me. I had to call postNL to get information about my package, to inquire about possible ways to send the package back to the store and so forth to have at least my package shipped over the new address. MENDO did not care one single moment about my frustration and the disservice caused by a company (PostNL) to which they rely on to make their products delivered. I've bought a book early this year from Edition Ventile and I had a different problem but still related to a disservice caused by the Swiss postal service and they send me immediately another copy of the book I've ordered. (1star) edit: MENDO, after my complains, is caring about the shipping. PostNL lost the package and MENDO is finally able to ship a new parcel to my new address. Delivery scheduled in 3 days from today. I'm quite happy with how they handle the situation after my initial complains.
