  They are supposed to do phone consultation between 1130-1230. Called 10 times. You never get through most of the times. When you get assistance they just put you on hold without saying anything- just hold on for a minute and then the line disconnects after 5 min. So unprofessional. Do they not understand people calling are sick????

  Ik zie hier de klacht dat de huisarts meer op d'r pc zit..moet zij dan niet uw geschiedenis erbij pakken dan?

  ja het is mijn huisarts ik wist eerst niet eens of zij mijn huisarts wel was, maar dat weet ik nu sinds december 2014
