  Were not helpful at all. Paid for a subscription and even after that they would not reply to any emails I sent to this company. After that I decided to visit them in Maastricht and the only answer I got, was that I should look on their website and find something there. Would give 0 out of 5 stars if that was possible :(

  You pay 50 euros for a registration fee in order to be able to join open viewings of the apartments (there are 5-10 viewers per viewing & multiple viewings). The selection process of the applicants is non-existent. You just go to the viewing along with everyone else who paid 50 euros, they take a note of all of your names and then select one to be the new tenant. There is no first-come-first-served policy and when asked what the selection criteria is they always gave unclear answers as if the selection was made in random and they didn't really knew what they were doing. If you count on this agency to find a place, especially in busy periods -like University opening period in Maastricht- there is a strong chance that with their unprofessional working methods you will not be able to find a place. They also claim to send you exclusive listings before they are put on other sites but they send you one listing every few months. If you have 2-3 months to find a place, as I've had, this agency is useless. Also, their employees have the worst attitude, forget about finding a helpful, understanding person there. I have lived in many countries and let me tell you nowhere have I ever found a worst agency. A waste of money, time and effort.

  Top! Er is een groot aanbod aan studentenkamers beschikbaar, wat vooral fijn was voor mij aangezien ik eigenlijk veel te laat begon met de kamer zoektocht. Waar ik bij andere sites nooit succes had bij bezichtigingen in een huis kon ik via dit bedrijf meerdere kamers op één dag bezichtigen. Zo had ik binnen een dag iets nieuws gevonden! Dit maakt kamers zoeken toch een stuk makkelijker dan al die kijkavonden waar je jezelf moet zien te verkopen.

  This company is just doing the renting of the rooms and apartments. The landlord is Huizenbeheer Maastricht, google them to find experiences what it is like to be their tenant.
