  Ik kom al jaren bij Laurent en ik ben dol op Aveda! Ik kan het iedereen aanbevelen!

  I come here from Switzerland to get my hair done everytime a trip to Holland is coming up even if this means a detour. Only salon that seems to get my natural color right. Very friendly and ok price (for Aveda).

  Overrated. Customer service here means the manager will deceive you with her fake smiles and hypocrites compliments. Even if you say that you are unhappy with the work, they will keep telling: is great. I spent 190 euro's for a very unpleasant (4 hours in the saloon) experience. I asked to fix the non sharp work that the previous saloon had done for 60 euros: a very simple French bob. I even spent 2 hours the day in advance explaining what I wanted to 2 specific employees, cutter and colorist. Then the colorist called sick and assigned me to a rookie for the whole job. Irregular cut and irregular highlights, some locks thicker than others. I wanted a smooth natural color, I looked like someone who had highlights 3 months before, and never went back to fix the horrible regrowth. They charged me for duo color when the I had applied other highlights on the same areas, with my hair resulting even weaker and uglier. The day before we agreed on maybe 10 more low-lights, instead. I went there showing a picture of what I wanted, it would have been better if they told me: we don't think it is possible to do it now. When I complained at the end for the horrible result, we I agreed to come back again to have them fixed, a couple of days later. When I got back again the cutter used razor instead of scissors to cut the edges. She didn't know how to treat the dizziness and she ended up blaming me for the kind of hair I have. I never came back for the second color, I thought it was hopeless. Never come back again.
