  Excellent level of service. Very customer focused with a detailed look for the right match between tentant and landlord needs. Overall I am more than satisfied with the service of this agency and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

  Strongly recommended agency! They work with efficiency and courtesy, listening clients needs. They helped us to find our new house in Maastricht, supporting us throughout all this important moment of our lives. They translated for us the rent contract (from Dutch to English) and they always quickly answered to our questions. La Fontaine Makelaardij helped us also with utilities and giving us all the explanation and a lot of helpful advices. Thank you so much and a special thanks to Bo Gorren.

  Highly recommended! Michele and Bo were extremely helpful during our search for an apartment and with their help we found a lovely apartment in the center of Maastricht. They were upfront about their fee structure (we actually ended up paying a lower fee than we would have with other agencies). And they served as a unbiased mediator for some questions/negotiations with the landlord, which were all successfully sorted out. They have also always been very quick to respond to my emails and thankfully, more than willing to speak English (they even translated the contract for me). We did have a slight mix-up with getting our keys on the first day, but they handled it professionally and were honest about their mistake. They ended up paying for a cleaning service for us (which we had originally planned to pay for) to apologize for the inconvenience. Overall very professional and a pleasure to work with. We will certainly be contacting them again if we ever need to move.
