  Nice room but the welcome is a little bit cold but it s ok ! Breakfast was a mystery for me ! Why some clients had menus and others just some suggestions ! You should give menus to all ! Otherwise, the hotel is really nice, clean and good situated. The bed is big and so confortable !

  LOVED, LOVED, LOVED my experience at the Kimpton De Witt Amsterdam. The front desk staff was lovely and inviting. They were always ready to help with any question I had, and being that this was my first time in Amsterdam, I can assure you I had many questions. I cannot stress this enough. The staff, as a whole was MAGNIFICENT! The Hotel was 5 STARS all around. They have a bar in the hotel that makes flawless cocktails. The bartenders are very friendly and professional. They offer twists on traditional cocktails or they can pour you the traditional cocktail. The hotel also has a brunch at their restaurant "Celia" that has an outstanding menu. The rooms were clean and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, like floating on a cloud. On my first day, I arrived after a 7 hour flight, and trekking from Centraal Station with heavy luggage and once I showered and hit the bed, I did not wake up for 4 hours. The black out shades in the room make it easy to rest up at any time, and management was responsive to requests to make up the room. When I return to Amsterdam, I will be staying at the Kimpton De Witt Amsterdam hotel. Anything you need to do is within reach and this hotel is a treasure in the sense that you can always come back to home base and relax and be taken care of no matter what time of day.

  Good staff, team and overall customer service. Nice decoration in the public spaces. Very dog friendly hotel, a bed was offered for him upon arrival. Nice touch. Breakfast was OK, not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel though (even during Covid times), limited choice. Some of the staff did show poor hygiene: the person serving us had long black nails that really put us off when serving our food. Hard to eat after that. Again, not what you expect from a luxury hotel, especially during Covid times. We booked a king suite with balcony. Spacious and nicely decorated. Limited amenities (no slippers in the room for ex.). Our sink was blocked. Carpet and sofa with stains all over.

  Claudia at the front desk, and the entire staff at this hotel make it completely special. Not only is it cute and boutique and full of history, but the staff make it an easy experience from the first interaction. I'm an IHG Spire Member and can't remember the last time I had such great service at any IHG property. Can't miss in Amsterdam.

  We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was nice, the food was incredible and the rooms are very pretty! Our two little dogs were welcomed with bowls and beds. The most dog friendly hotel we've ever been to.
