  Great old family business, dutch cheeses are literally stuffed to the ceiling. Very friendly personnel with a lot of knowledge about all the different types of cheese.

  This is an awesome cheese shop for all of your cheesy needs. We stopped by Kaan's on our last day in Holland before heading back to the US. We were able to sample all of the cheeses we were interested in, and then the shopkeeper vacuum sealed all of our purchases to ensure peace of mind when packing our luggage. We will definitely be back next time we're in Hoorn.
