::WORST experience ever. Inefficient system and unpleasant experience. Staff chatting while assisting me open the account. Gave me the wrong letter for the password. And my account was locked due to too many tries (they gave me the wrong letter!!!) which means five more work days needed. Biked to collection point twice and bank once. Thanks for wasting my whole wonderful afternoon.
