  The location of the hotel is excellent. I found myself close to everything from convenience stores to pharmacies clothing and all what anyone can need. The service provided by the crew is 5 stars to say the least. You can see a hotel respects itself and its guests when you see such professionalism for the crew.

  My family & I had a wonderful stay for a weekend. We received an excellent service far beyond the usual both by reception and restaurant staff. I were also very happy with our room. The hotel is at a very convenient location not too far away from the central station (approximately 10 min on foot) and close to a good shopping area.

  The place to B if you want to spend a nice time in Amsterdam. Friendly staff, nice renovated room and CENTRAL location. Thanks Rob for all the explanations. We will definitely come back.

  The Swissôtel is a safe choice for a visit to Amsterdam: central location, comfortable rooms and great customer service. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Amsterdam Central Station, making it particularly convenient if you arrive by train.

  I just wanted to leave a review for the great customer service I’ve received by Rob T. He has been most hospitable with any queries and requests during my stay. It’s great to see such high staff morale during the covid-19 pandemic and I really appreciate the efforts All the staff including housekeeping were so nice and their service is 10/10. By far the best hotel in Amsterdam.
