  Great location, close to the train station and near a Jumbo supermarket. Just a few meters away is a bridge where you can get a very good view of a nearby windmill which was picture perfect at sunrise. Room was very clean with toilet and bath and amenities.

  Absolutely awful. We was stuck in Holland, Leiden Centraal due to the storm all trains were cancelled and was trying to travel back to England. We had checked in and then was told half hour later that all trains were back on track. We hadn’t used any facilities and asked for a refund, the manager was completely rude and the staff. They wouldn’t refund us the money, in the end after 30 mins they gave me 30 Euros back and I had paid 90. The room was disgusting and damp. They said they couldn’t refund the money because of cleaning costs even though the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 6 months anyway. Do not recommend to stay here. DO NOT STAY AT THIS AWFUL PLACE IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT TOURISTS AFTER 15 hours of trying to get home. No sympathy for us, they just wanted to get as much money as they can out of us. Too young women travelling alone scared in a foreign country and nothing but rude staff.

  Nice enough hotel in a great location. The room was clean and the bed was very soft. The wifi worked well the first two days and then after that I couldn't get any of my three devices to connect. Other than that, great place to stay.
