  The room was smaller than expected and I was hoping there"d be a bar -- possibly unreasonable expectations given the very reasonable price

  We stated in the hotel for one night, the room was very basic it had four single beds and a private shower i shared it with my family, i had no problems with the hotel room it was above what we expected, the staff where fantastic and helpful, the hotel was in a great location with the Heineken brewery just around the corner and great location for the tram into the centre of Amsterdam which was only 3/5 mins away via the tram. They was also a supermarket and foid places close by. I would deffently stay again and plan to in the future.

  The location was great, near the Heineken Experience and only a short walk from the Van Goug museum. The Concierge was very friendly and informative, he even carried our luggage up the stairs to our rooms on the third floor. The only issue we had was with the spotty Wi-Fi connection.

  Small inside. Staff are friendly but also lack common duty of care. You get what you pay for. Good location, with a below average level of service. Great for a one night stay.
