  Quirky Hotel, clean and functional with helpful staff. There are a lot of stairs at high angles within the hotel as to be expected in Amsterdam. The room was clean and had a safe which was very helpful. Twenty four hour desk certainly helpful when returning at five in the morning. Very close to well pretty much everything really bars outside, resteraunts, cafes, coffee shops, trams and supermarkets all within a two minute walk.

  Rooms are quite small, but great considering price and location in Amsterdam. Service was really friendly and staff are happy to assist with your queries. There is no lift, so be prepared to walk up a narrow flight of stairs to get to reception and further up if you get a room on the higher floors. The hotel is around 20min walk from Amsterdam Centraal or there are tram stations right in front that will also get you there in half the time.

  Adeguato a quanto offerto e ai prezzi. Ottima posizione centrale e servitissima dai mezzi pubblici. Bella vista su piazza Rembrandt, piena di vita fino a tardi anche se non rumorosa al punto da arrecare fastidio al sonno. Inoltre non c'è traffico e il clima è quieto. Letti confortevoli, peccato che fossero due singoli avvicinati inclini ad allontanarsi facilmente. Bagno spazioso. Tutto pulito. Come nella stragrande maggioranza degli edifici di Amsterdam le scale sono ripide e i gradini sono stretti ma fattibili: sconsigliato per chi abbia problemi di deambulazione perché, come annunciato dalla struttura, non dotato di ascensore. Gentilissime e professionali tutte le persone dello staff. All'ingresso c'erano anche di bocce d'acqua a disposizione per i clienti, una con limone e l'altra con limone e menta. WiFi gratuito in tutte le stanze.

  Nicht dieses Hotel Buchen!!! Falsches Zimmer bekommen, gebucht war ein Doppelbett, bekommen aber 2 Einzelbetten. Zimmer war eine Stunde später fertig als vereinbart. Weil es angeblich noch "gereinigt" werden muss. Das Zimmer war dreckig. Haare auf den Betten, Kotzrückstände an dem Bettlagen, gelbe Flecken am Badenwannenrand, geruch von Klosteinen in der Luft, Taubenscheisse an den Fenstern (Ausblick war sowieso nicht schön), und die Krönung des ganzen ein blutbeflecktes Handtuch schön auf den Stuhl hingelegt, sodass die Dame/Herr es hätte selber sehen MÜSSEN!!! Also Entweder ist die Reinigungskraft dort blind oder man scheisst dort komplett auf die Gäste!!! Geld gab es auch nicht zurück obwohl wir gerade mal 5 Minuten im Zimmer waren!
