::Ayuntamiento en medio de la plaza. Construido en el s.XV. Es precioso tanto de día como de noche. Por dentro es espectacular, está lleno de salas y salones elegantemente decorados. La más bonita o especial es el salón de bodas. Se puede visitar siempre si no hay algún evento especial. En la plaza hay muchos bares para tomar algo. También está el mercado, donde puedes comparar el típico queso de Gouda, dulces típicos i ropa.

::Sehr schönes, altes Rathaus der Stadt Gouda. Prächtig ! Gelegen auf einem großen Platz in der Mitte von Gouda. Rundum viele Restaurants, wo man auch sehr schön draußen sitzen und gut essen kann. Und das auch zur kalten Jahreszeit dank Überdachungen und Heizlüftern. Rund um das Stadthaus findet zwei Mal wöchentlich ein Markt statt, auf dem man u.a. natürlich auch Käse kaufen kann. Am Freitag des dritten Adventswochenendes findet das traditionelle Kerzenfest statt, bei dem der Platz und das Stadthaus (fast) nur von Kerzen beleuchtet und am großen Weihnachtsbaum vor dem Stadthaus die Beleuchtung unter der Anwesenheit von Offiziellen (u.a. Bürgermeister) mit festlichem Gesang aller Besucher entzündet wird. Sehr schön !!!

::15th century Gothic town hall well worth seeing both inside and outside. Noteworthy on the outside is the musical mechanism that displays Floris V handing the document with the rights to be a city to the officials in 1272. Inside the wedding room is the most beautiful with carpets on all the walls and some nice glassstained windows. It is the only town hall in The Netherlands located central in the main square of the city. The building is not used by the citycouncil anymore, unless there are some official events like 'kaarsjesavond' (which is highly recommended too). A must-see and not to miss monument.

::Beautyfull old city hall situated on Goudas Market square downtown Gouda. Very interesting for tourists. There are also a lot of restaurants and cafees.
