  Very disappointing. Went to the physiotherapist with an ankle injury because he was in the area. During the treatments, there were hardly any questions about my ankle, hardly any were examined where the complaints play, a diagnosis was not made during 2 treatments, no treatment plan was drawn up, and my foot was taped twice with tape that released within 24 hours. . I mainly had to breathe to my breathing center (?), That would cause my ankle to heal. Meanwhile referred to the radiologist via the doctor, who has found a fracture in my ankle. How could the physio miss this for heaven's sake.

  Ter Beek lets you wait 20/30 minutes where you are outside again after 15 minutes. And this was definitely not a one-off but all the times I have been treated.

  I went here for treatment at the beginning of this year. That ended in a huge disappointment. Mrs. Wolters did not have any sense of empathy, nor did she give the impression that she was treating me. After the reimbursed treatments from my health insurance company were used up, she sent me home with the message that it was psychological and that I had to work on myself. Later it turned out that my complaints were serious and were eventually resolved by a medical specialist and good physiotherapy elsewhere. A complaint submitted to the practice about the behavior of Ms. Wolters was not taken seriously and was “handled” by the same Ms. Very Disappointing!

  Nice practice. Recently renovated, which gives it a transparent and fresh look. The lighting is up to date using LED, very beautiful and durable. The team consists of skilled people "specialists with experience on the move". Everyone is registered in the BIG (Occupations of Individual Healthcare Services) register and included in the CKR (Central Quality Register). The accessibility is very good, there are bicycle parking racks, by public transport you travel to the Nieuwmarkt metro stop. The practice is on the ground floor, so no steps or steps, very practical. The treatments are individual and there is also a training room with equipment where you can rehabilitate. best regards
