  Best beer selection both local and international. It's impossible to go into the shop and not come out with a beer. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

  This place can be five stars to most people, I am one of the few it is not. The selection is phenomenal with beers of all types and a staff that can help construct a novice beer drinker into a professional taster. They have lots of German beers you normally can't find elsewhere. That being said I love to throw money various eastern European lagers and unfortunately they do not carry any (hence the four stars). The prices are very good especially considering a specialty store like this are often able and justified to charge a higher price especially considering the high level of service.

  Some really good beers. Some popular core range beers leading to some really rare hard to come by beers. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. I will be paying many visits on my future holidays. Thank you for the service and beers the other day. See you next year

  I'm not a local, but I'd be surprised if Amsterdam has a better beer store than this. So much quality, excitement packed into one small shop. I could probably come back on a weekly basis and never run out of new excitiing things to try. Swedish speaking staff is also really cool :)

  Gevaarlijk veel keuze in speciaalbier. Toch heb ik het idee dat het er vroeger beter was: meer kennis, minder arrogantie. Verhipping is niet altijd fijn, maar voor een cadeautje voor vrienden kun je hier nog altijd prima terecht.
