Once you call them up for an appointmant they will make surw you get one in the next 3 day. 9nxe you are there you will notice that everyone is friendly with a smile on their face. The appointmen was running on time, so no waiting at all. From start to finish everything went really smooth. The location is fantastic. Next to Leidseplein. Easy to reach by public transport or car. Next door is a underground parking.
