::I had my contract there for over two years now, but I decided to cancel it. There are so many negative things: There are courses in English and there are courses in Dutch. But nobody actually communicates on the website in which language the coursed are in. If you accidentally end up in the Dutch yoga class, the old yoga 'lady' is massively rude and asks you to leave, even though you are able to follow the class also in Dutch. During the week in the morning there are random schools classes of 16 year olds blocking the gym, not knowing how to behave and being super disturbing. Staff is cleaning when the gym is open, why can't they do it when everybody is gone? Almost every time when I was there and wanted to do my exercises, there was circle training or body pump or whatever. so you are lying there, doing your stretches and a guy (staff!) comes along, not even asking you if you mind, turning on his crappy, beyond bad work out music and turns it up too the fullest - right next to my head. Not even considering checking with me. Same in the swimming area - you have the 'quiet' Sauna area and hear the work out music from the swimming pool area. At the end when I asked to cancel my contract, the guy at the entrance basically smashed a piece of paper and open in front of me - not asking me for the reason I wanted to cancel or any kind of there friendly communication. There are definitely better (and cheaper!) gyms in Rotterdam.

::Ik heb een rondleiding gevraagd en ik heb dit samen met Susil gedaan. Hij heeft mij de club laten zien. We waren er niet mee eens over de hoogte van de prijzen. Dit varierende opeens? Heel vaag. Daarnaast ben ik 1x voor niks geweest en was hij er niet terwijl wij een afspraak hadden. Ook kon hij zelf weinig vertellen over de club en kwam hij zeer ongeïnteresseerd over. Ik ben hierdoor niet lid geworden. Over de club zelf: wat ik heb gezien waren relatief oude apparaten, en de dumbells erg oud en roestig. Conclusie: erg duur en je krijgt er weinig voor terug. Susil vind ik ook erg onpersoonlijk en totaal niet klantvriendelijk.

::Vieze toiletten, erg druk en ze hebben bepaalde apparaten niet. Staf heeft de klantvriendelijkheid van het niveau Basic Fit/Fit4Free. Zou voor mijn abonnementskosten op z’n minst een vriendelijke hallo krijgen en een schone plee.

::Bad club and bad service! Everybody will be nice till you will sign the papers. And in case you will need to cancel your abonnement they will ask so much documents and it will take so much time that you will get annoyed. For me it took 4 month to cancel it even if I showed all documents. And I payed for months that I was not even going there. And even after that they started to say they do not see the payments. Seems like they just wanna you to pay and that's all. Don't recommend to go train as well if you are looking forward to get trainers help. Even if they say that they have a stuff to help you with training program it is not true. At least you pay extra for that (starting price is from 600euros..). Better go to another sport clubs. Better located and with better prices. Was expecting a lot from David Lloyd club as they are big company and suppose to have a good reputation! But you pay a lot per month and even get less what more cheaper clubs have. I was so disappointed that even now when I moved to another country is the 1st sport club that I am not looking forward to go! BAD BAD BAD ! ! !

::Arrogant personeel. Klanten binnenhalen en als je weg wil doen ze moeilijk. Er is altijd wel iets kapot. Voor de enorme prijs die je betaald per maand is dit echt belachelijk. Personeel loopt te geilen op elk vrouwtje wat er rondloopt. Ze hebben bar weinig als het om fitness gaat. 10000 crosstrainers en 0 squad rekken? Typisch DL. Dikke Lul dus. Ohja, de klanten die worden aangetrokken zijn zich over het algemeen aan het aftrekken in de douche of schelden de kleedkamers door. Ga hier niet heen! Echt een poeptent.
