  I called and they were rude on the phone although this is what is specified on their website.

  Ook al was ik wel op tijd moest ik lang wachten. De website is erg onoverzichtelijk her en der kun je informatie vinden die belangrijk is voor een aanvraag. Er staat dat het aanvragen van een passport €60 moet betalen. Er komt nog €20 buitenland toeslag bij. Erg onzinnig want tenslotte kan ik mijn passport alleen nog maar in het buitenland aanvragen. Toen ik er iets van zei werd er een beetje lacherig over gedaan.

  Excellent. Easily accessible (in Amsterdam where parking is often a nightmare). Very routine and easy entry and interview done just on time. Visa was ready much earlier than anticipated.
